All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during service. We will notify you of any significant changes in pricing before proceeding with work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Financing options may be available for qualifying customers on larger projects.
Our workmanship is guaranteed, and manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment and parts installed. Please ask your technician for specific warranty information related to your service.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service fee.
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to work areas and ensuring that the property is safe for our technicians to perform their duties. Any permits required for work will be obtained by Dragonfly Mechanical unless otherwise specified.
Dragonfly Mechanical carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, acts of God, or issues beyond our control.
